I work out of Wellness Revolution Studio (located at 1100 Broad St., 2nd Floor) www.wellnessrevolutionstudio.ca - This is a training facility unlike a gym where no membership or monthly fees are required.  This provides for a more personal training experience since clients only come when attending a class or for their session which limits the amount of people in the facility.  


Personal Training Services:

​On Your Own:
One session - $150


Personalized Program - includes consultation, assessment, one session and an individualized program based on your specifications that you are responsible for completing on your own.  These programs are good for 4-6 weeks and should be renewed.

You 2.0:

8 week - $700 

You 2.0 consists of: 8 weeks of training including 16 - 1/2 hour one on one session (2x/week), 8 - 1 hour group sessions (Saturday 8am - with other ladies in this program), 8 yoga classes (Friday 7:30pm or Sunday 9:30am), meal plan, food journaling, and health & wellness coaching.  

I take 3 clients/month in this program, these spots fill up fast so I set up consults for following months entry beginning 2nd week of each month, save your spot with a $250 deposit.

​One on One and Partner Training:

1/2 hour sessions:
10 sessions* - $375
20 sessions* - $700
40 sessions* - $1300
80 sessions* - $2350

For those busy individuals with less than an hour any day to stay committed their goals.  Half hour sessions are now available, its better to do something than nothing at all.  

Each package includes consultation, assessment including measurements. Nutrition consulting and accountability through food diary is also available. I prepare each session differently and to your personal goals. This is done to keep your body challenged and workouts fresh.   

Partner Training is not available in 1/2 hour sessions.

1 hour sessions:

10 sessions* - $675
20 sessions* - $1250
40 sessions* - $2300

Partner training provides an opportunity to work with a trainer at a discounted rate in addition to working with a friend and keeping each other motivated.  With partner training you and your friend share the cost of the sessions (there's an additional $5/session charge for partner training), and workout together in each session.  Have fun together, keep each other motivated and accountable.

Can be made by cash, personal cheque, and etransfer. Please remember to add GST to all payments.  Gift certificates are available.  Payment options for some packages are available.
